Integrated platform management system for navies worldwide

The integrated platform management system is a distributed control system used on board ships for real-time monitoring and control of all mechanical and electrical systems. Dedicated applications, such as a damage control system on navy vessels, can be seamlessly integrated into our IPMS.

Our IPMS is based on COTS products that provide global spare part and general support.

Onboard system management and control

The IPMS monitors and controls virtually all onboard systems such as propulsion engines, gearboxes, fixed/controllable pitch propellers, power generation sets, power distribution switchboards and electrical distribution centers, damage control machinery such as fire pumps, and auxiliary machinery systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water, etc.

Our IMPS solution has, with great success, been installed for The Royal Danish Navy on their Flexible Support Vessels and is currently under installation on three new frigates. It is, however, a scalable solution which can be used on different types of vessels and for navies worldwide.

Shipbuilding process management system

MARS is a shipbuilding process management system that optimizes project control, logistics, materials management, resource and production planning designed specifically for the shipbuilding industry to significantly reduce cost and time to build, increasing profitability of shipyards.

More than 2,000 ships have been built utilizing MARS and the system is implemented at more than 70 shipyards worldwide. These shipyards consider MARS the leading solution for every aspect of shipbuilding and repairs, from initial enquiry to delivery. MARS offers a large number of well-proven best practices, which are fully embedded in the system. This helps shipyards to streamline all work processes.
