Gouda, the Netherlands - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe) announces the appointment of Harry Siertsema MSc as Managing Director of Imtech Marine and Offshore per 1 March 2006.
With this assignment Imtech completes the vacancy, which was caused by the resignation of Govert Hamers as Managing Director per 1 March. Harry Siertsema (47) has been working for Imtech Marine and Offshore for ten years now. Before his appointment at 1 March he was Director of the business unit Merchant and Offshore. Harry Siertsema will participate in the Executive Council of Imtech. The Works Council of Imtech Marine and Offshore approved this appointment.
